This is something that I scribbled long back... found in one of my mailboxes.. It is not poetic, It is not too good, but for a dormant blogspot, this is worth a post!


Faces...Just Faces!
No names associated
Variety quite assorted
As strangers under a title
Common thoughts were very little
With Staff, Supers & Seniors to influence
The perfection in our confluence,
It was a bondage in the making!

Faces...Known Faces!
Settled in our Comfort zone,
Decisions were argument prone
Opinions & differences were plenty
But clashes were seldom any
Every achievement applauded,
Everybody's talent well tapped
It was excellence in the making!

Faces...Solemn Faces!
A class of mixed attitude and emotions
All well hidden & expressed to avoid frictions
Extremes artistically tolerated
Intolerance patiently admonished
On the day we had to part,
We indeed felt heavy at heart.
It was reality in the waking!

Faces...Smiling Faces!
One tough year had gone by
Since we waved a parting bye
Now a bunch of responsible humanitarians
Still supportive, appreciative spartans
Goals to accomplish,
Kingdoms to Establish
It is History in the making!
